CBTmidsussex is an independent psychological therapy service in the mid Sussex area, with consulting rooms based in Haywards Heath. The service specialises in the delivery of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and provides assessment, treatment and evaluation for clinical and organisational purposes.
CBTmidsussex is run by Dr Vivien Hunot, a qualified psychotherapist with extensive experience of working in the NHS, occupational health and private settings. Vivien is an accredited member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and a registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
